Cody & Kelly Underdahl
Kelly Underdahl is from Seattle, Washington, and moved to Cabo with her husband Cody over 20 years ago with their daughter Baylee. Kelly’s sales experience began in the Dental industry in Seattle after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in business management. After deciding to move out of the rain and into the sun, her vast sales experience propelled her to begin a career in real estate. She enjoys sharing what she has learned over the past two decades and assisting her clients through every step while making it simple, enjoyable, and, most importantly, stress-free.
Being a native of Vancouver, Canada, Cody Underdahl has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. He began his career in real estate, working with his father, Len, and brother, Brent, in Maple Ridge. Cody is committed to listening to his clients and utilizing the keen negotiating skills he learned from his father early on to ensure a successful transaction. Cody is the Sales Director for Wen Living – a luxury wellness real estate community – where you can make yourself the best version of yourself daily.

Kris & Christine Schneider
As long-time residents of Cabo San Lucas, Christine, and Kris Schneider first fell in love with the magic of the Baja when they came to Mexico nearly two decades ago. They have a strong passion and excitement for their home and want to help others with that connection. After meeting right here in Cabo itself just 15 years ago, they got married and are now devoted parents of two daughters who had the opportunity to grow up in Cabo. With more than 40 years of shared sales experience, Christine and Kris will be more than exemplary at helping you find your dream home in Baja.
Hailing from Vancouver, Canada, Christine earned her degree and extensive experience in corporate sales management and project coordination. After she moved to Mexico, Christine quickly rose to the top as a sales producer in Industry Sales and Real Estate. With roots in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, Kristopher followed his retired parents to Cabo 20 years ago. Since he has gained more than two decades of experience in sales management and director positions.
